United States stops to fulfil obligations under the Treaty on conventional forces in Europe and Russia

United States Government announced on 22nd, the US side will stop in accordance with the Treaty on conventional forces in Europe to meet Russia’s obligations, because the Russians refused to implement the Treaty in several years.
