Construction planning of State Council General Office recently issued the social services system (2011-2015). Encourage private investment in the construction of specialized service facilities, social services.
In addition, the planning requirements, promote the socio-professional bodies to output management team, service guide, including participation in the social service facilities operating, guiding nursing home scale, specialization, chain direction.
